📝 Admission Procedure

Arumugam Academy welcomes students from Pre-KG to Standard XII and follows a transparent admission process to ensure equal opportunities.

🔹 Steps for Admission

  • Application Form – Admission forms are available at the school office during working hours. Parents must fill in accurate details and submit the form along with required documents.
  • Eligibility –
    Pre-KG: Child must have completed 2½ years at the time of admission.
    LKG: Child must have completed 3½ years.
    UKG & Above: Admission is based on age, previous school records, and an entrance assessment (if required).
  • Organic honey is produced from the pollen of organically
  • Submission of Documents – Parents must submit:
    Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
    Transfer Certificate (for Classes II and above)
    Community Certificate (if applicable)
    Passport-size photographs of the student
    Aadhaar Card copy
  • Interaction/Assessment – For higher classes, students may be required to attend an interview/assessment to evaluate basic skills.
  • Confirmation of Admission – Admission is confirmed only after verification of documents and payment of the prescribed fees.
📤 Withdrawals

The school follows a clear policy to maintain discipline and transparency in withdrawals.

  • ✔️ Parents seeking a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) must submit a written application to the Principal at least one month in advance.
  • ✔️ All dues (tuition fees, hostel fees, transport charges, library books, etc.) must be cleared before the issue of the T.C.
  • ✔️ The T.C. will be issued only to parents/guardians upon verification.
  • ✔️ Students who repeatedly fail in academics, show irregular attendance, or violate school rules may not be allowed to continue.
  • ✔️ A student failing consecutively for two years in the same class will not be permitted to re-enroll in the school.
